On February 6th, 2014, the pitchers and catchers throughout the Major League Baseball reported to Spring Training. This act announces that the 2014 MLB season is on it's way and April along with Opening Day will be here before you know it. I don't know about anyone else but for me this means a lot. For anyone that knows me they know that baseball is my life and with out it I am lost, during off season I literally go insane trying to figure out what to do in my free time, but now that it's back I feel complete.
There are a few pitchers that I am very excited to see perform this year. First and foremost I'm very interested in seeing how Chad Billingsley comes back and to see if he is better than ever after having his Tommy John surgery. If he comes back as the same Billingsley that left us right before his surgery then I think he is going to be a very strong asset to the team. Others that I'm excited to see if they consider their hot streaks this season would be of corse the power duo of Zack Grienke and Clayton Kershaw. If the two of them along with Hyun-Jin Ryu, Billingsley and Josh Beckett I feel like the Dodgers will have one of the best starting pitching rotations and they will be a force to reckon with.
